Here at Fitness Journey we are passionate about supporting our clients at every stage of their own personal fitness journey. We strive to create a friendly, supportive and welcoming environment for all. and we work hard to ensure that all clients feel comfortable and supported as we work together towards releasing their potential.. We offer 50 classes per week so there is sure to a time and class style to suit all. If you are looking to workout in a more supported, smaller group then why not opt for our 6 week Challenge with group Personal Training,? With this option you can avail of 1, 2 or 3 group PT sessions per week and supplement this with a selection of classes of your choice to see long-term, sustainable results. If you would like to avail of 1-to-1 personal training why not contact us about working with one of our qualified, experienced trainers who can assist you in working towards your goals.

I do triathlon races and have completed 2 Ironman distance races so far. My last one was in July and I took some down time to recover for my next one in June of this year. Before getting back into proper Ironman training I decided to do Kyle’s 6 week challenge. Prior to starting the challenge I performed an FTP test which measures how much power you can sustain for an hour on the bike. Last night after redoing the test on the same bike and on the same power meter my FTP was up over 12% or 29 watts. I attribute this directly to the 6 weeks with Kyle. Thanks so much for all your help Kyle.

I first started in fitness journey in January. 6 months after having my first baby. I joined Kyle's mammy and baby class which runs twice a week. It wasn't long before my pre baby fitness levels returned. Kyle was sensitive to the changes in our body after a baby and worked to strengthen weakened cores and backs. It wasn't long before Kyle realised I liked to be pushed and would challenge me in every class. The mammy and baby class was suitable for every level and he adapts exercises depending on your ability. My daughter loved coming to the classes too and was entertained watching it all. Easy to tell Kyle's a daddy, he was super with the babies and would often pick up a dropped toy or make them laugh so mammy could get on with the class. They're a brilliant way to get back into exercise without having to worry about child care in a really supportive and fun environment.
